Hargun Singh Kalra
Hargun Singh Kalra is a full-time Associate with substantial experience in litigation across multiple forums. He regularly appears before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, Subordinate District Courts, and various Tribunals, including Arbitral Tribunals, the State Consumer Commission, and the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), as well as outstation courts.
His practice encompasses in-depth legal research, drafting of pleadings, preparation of case briefs, and formulation of proposition notes based on judicial precedents. He has assisted in briefing Designated Senior Advocates and has actively participated in arbitral proceedings.
